Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all bookings and use of miadventuretours.com, operated by MI-Adventure Tours (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a tour or using this website you accept these Terms.

Bookings & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed once we receive your booking form and the required payment or deposit, and we send you a written confirmation.
  • Prices are shown per person in USD unless stated otherwise, and include only the items listed under “Price Includes” on each tour page.
  • Payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment providers.
  • Unless otherwise stated, the remaining balance is due before the tour start date communicated in your confirmation.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to support@miadventures.com. Refund amounts depend on how far in advance of the departure date we receive your request and on costs already committed to suppliers; any non-refundable supplier costs will be deducted.
  • We will do our best to accommodate date changes or traveller substitutions where suppliers allow.
  • We reserve the right to alter itineraries where required by weather, safety considerations, opening hours or local authority requirements. Where a significant change is unavoidable we will offer a comparable alternative.
  • If we must cancel a departure for reasons within our control, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of amounts paid to us.

Travel Requirements

  • You are responsible for holding a valid passport (generally at least six months beyond your travel dates), any required Egyptian visa, and any required vaccinations.
  • Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation and personal belongings is required for all travellers.
  • International flights are not included in our tours unless expressly stated.

Health, Safety & Conduct

Our tours involve walking, heat and travel days; please review each itinerary and contact us if you have questions about fitness or accessibility. You must follow the reasonable instructions of your tour leader and local guides. We may decline or discontinue service, without refund, to any traveller whose behaviour endangers others or disrupts the tour.

Liability

We act with reasonable skill and care in arranging your tour. Services such as hotels, transport and activities are provided by independent local suppliers; we are not liable for loss or damage arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Content on this website (text, photographs, itineraries) belongs to MI-Adventure Tours and may not be reproduced without permission. Itineraries and prices may be updated between publications; the details in your booking confirmation prevail.
